After finishing her Bachelor’s degree at the University of St. Gallen, Fabienne completed her studies with a Master’s degree in Law at the University of Zurich. While still a student, she entered the field of Consulting – first at a start-up and later at a Big Four. For almost ten years, Fabienne advised companies and institutions on good Corporate Governance and the topic of ethics and integrity in the workplace. She designed, implemented and reviewed Compliance Management Systems (CMS), gave lectures and delivered trainings – both for companies and at academic institutions, besides publishing.

Before starting her own business, Fabienne successfully led a project to hand over the family company in the third generation. In this context, she developed and executed a succession strategy by identifying opportunities and changing the leadership culture to build trust and create an inclusive environment for individual contributions and appropriate team dynamics. The goal was to move the company forward while preserving its core values.

Fabienne is a member of swissVR, Ethics and Compliance Switzerland as well as Transparency International and the PwC NextGen & YoungLeaders Club. She continues to be involved as an active board member in both family businesses.

Fabienne is passionate about enjoying life with her family and friends – preferably in combination with good food and wine, sports or in nature – be it hiking, skiing, or playing golf. She likes to explore restaurants, bars and cafés while traveling, and is interested in everything related to art, design, culture, and literature.
